Starting life as an award-winning London Mortgage Broker, and expanding further afield to Bristol and beyond, we advise on every kind of mortgage. From residential, buy-to-let and let-to-buy mortgages to more specialist products, such as offshore, short lease, commercial, foreign currency and overseas loans.

A significant proportion of our business is carried out on a buy-to-let basis, and to this end we provide clients with a pioneering Portfolio Management Service (PMS). This free and unique service is targeted at people with a portfolio of 10 or more properties; its purpose is to unlock the full potential of their portfolios and manage the debt in as cost- efficient manner as possible.

We have also set up a highly successful and award-winning Commercial Mortgage department to look after the needs of many of our clients who have outgrown more traditional lending institutions. We are able to provide commercial finance on competitive terms on large loans as high as £50 million and beyond. 

The fact that we arrange such large volumes of mortgage business, and belong to Concordia, a consortium of five of the UK’s leading brokers, gives us access to rates that are often unavailable elsewhere in the market.

Currently, we operate from three offices — Knightsbridge, the City of London and Bristol — although will be expanding our operations throughout 2008.
